AGREEMENT, TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND PRIVACY INFORMATION:

If accepted into Team D.R.E.A.D., this agreement will only become binding after your payment of the initiation fee. You may request a refund of the initiation fee within 7 days of payment if you are not 100% satisfied.

Your 1-year access to the Fuelogics mobile application is conditional and based on:

your payment of the initiation fee;

your honest responses in this application;

your positive behavior and conduct in sport and in life;

access to internet (via wifi, cellular data, etc.) as the mobile app relies on communication with our servers.
We also ask that you participate in the Team D.R.E.A.D. online community through Instagram and complete short (1-5 minute) online surveys that are no more frequent than monthly. This helps to improve your experience as well as the experience of other users. Anyone can follow the Team D.R.E.A.D. Instagram page, but members​ will be provided priority reposts, responses, etc. You should email us at Support@Fuelogics.us if you need an answer to a nutrition question or are having any trouble with your account - responses via email occur within 24 hours of receipt.

The nutrition information provided by Fuelogics is intended as an information resource. Fuelogics does not provide medical advice, professional diagnosis, opinion, or treatment suggestions for health or performance. It should not be used or relied on for any diagnostic or treatment purposes. Fuelogics does not endorse the use of any specific foods, diets, or lifestyle practices. We hereby disclaim responsibility and cannot assume liability for any damages, loss, or injury as a result of your reliance on the information provided. Results are based on your training, adherence, effort, and other individual factors: they vary from person to person and they are never guaranteed.
Users under the age of 18 should only use information provided by the Fuelogics moble application under the supervision of a parent, other responsible guardian, or qualified health practitioner.

Termination
You can terminate your account at any time by contacting the Support Team through the app and following the necessary steps to confirm. Following termination of your account, we may retain personal data and user-generated content for a reasonable period of time for backup or archiving purposes, or as required or permitted by law.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms & Conditions. A pro-rated refund of your initiation fee may or may not be provided.
Ownership & Use of Content

Fuelogics owns both the proprietary rights and intellectual property rights to all URLs, algorithms, coding, materials, products, web and app content, designs, layouts, images, information, text, tools, utilities and software that make up its services.
The usage of our services and the purchase of access to our services do not constitute a sale or transfer of any intellectual property rights to the user.
You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others. You will not unlawfully reproduce or retransmit another entities work or property within or through Fuelogics’ services. Content that you create and choose to display or share through Fuelogics’ services may be owned by you. Content or information that you generate through the use of Fuelogics’ algorithms, concepts, procedures, processes and methods is owned by Fuelogics.
The algorithms, concepts, procedures, processes, and methods of operation that are inherent within Fuelogics constitute trade secrets. Materials on and relating to Fuelogics are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The user will not make, store, download, transfer, sell, reproduce, redistribute, transfer to any other server, modify, reverse engineer or copy the services or any of the materials or software or any other part of Fuelogics or any content therefrom. You will take all reasonable steps to prevent any unauthorized use, copying, or transfer of materials.

Fuelogics is committed to protecting the security of your personal data and employs organizational and technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, and theft. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access thereof. Furthermore, we recommend that you take additional measures to protect yourself and your information, for example: using anti-virus software, closing browsers after use, using non-obvious passwords, and restricting access to your computer, mobile device, and account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password. Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
By using our services, you agree to the collection, use, and transfer of your personal data. Details are below. Fuelogics’ activities are not governed by HIPAA, but are governed by other privacy laws and requirements. We understand that your personal data is important to you and we take privacy very seriously.
You authorize us and our service providers to monitor your use of our services. Fuelogics hosts its platforms within modern data centers, using industry-standard web technologies including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for confidential communications between our users and each platform. Fuelogics endeavors to follow web security guidelines based on OWASP Top Ten (Open Web Application Security Project), and CWE (Common Weakness Enumeration).
Fuelogics may use and share non-identifiable information that you provide in a number of ways, including, but not limited to: enabling the use of our services, improving the user experience of our services, creating new services and products, tailoring our marketing and advertising, research for private and public use, and communicating with you and responding to your requests.
Your personal data will never be sold to a third party. Fuelogics may use identifiable information that you provide to allow us to manage our business operations and provide you with products, services, or features that you request, including, but not limited to: enabling the use of our services, communication with you and responses to your requests, your communication or interaction with other users or administrators or social media through Fuelogics, addressing account or security issues and disputes, personalizing experiences on our services, providing you with access to third-party products and services, and as required by law.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
